Two Applicants, One Spot: Best Mythic+ Spec in WoW Midnight Season 2

Your key is listed, the group needs one more, and two applicants are sitting in the queue. This bracket asks the question behind that invite for every specialization in World of Warcraft: Midnight, all forty of them, as the game stands in Season 2. Mythic+ opened for the season on August 18, 2026, with eight dungeons in rotation: Altar of Fangs, Murder Row, Den of Nalorakk, The Blinding Vale, Voidscar Arena, Ruby Life Pools, Temple of Sethraliss and King's Rest.

Nothing was cut for being unpopular. Devourer, the ranged Demon Hunter spec Midnight introduced, is here, and so is every spec the tier lists currently put at the bottom. Each card carries the illustration the game itself shows for that spec when you pick your specialization, so the art is Blizzard's own rather than anyone's guess at what a Brewmaster looks like.

Roles do not line up neatly, and that is part of the argument. When a healer meets a tank, pick the one that feels more like a sure thing in its own role this season, the applicant you would be more relieved to see in the queue. Numbers change with every hotfix. The vote here is what players think right now.
