Who operates Fave Fight

Fave Fight is operated by Madoros, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea under business registration number 218-21-71514. The representative is Ma Joonyoung.

You can reach us at legal@favefight.com for any question about these terms, about content on the service, or about your data.

What Fave Fight is

Fave Fight lets anyone create and play bracket tournaments: two options appear, you pick one, and the winner advances until a single option remains.

The service is free to use and is paid for by advertising. Playing never requires an account. An account is required only to create or manage your own brackets.

Who may use it

You must be at least 14 years old to use Fave Fight. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and we do not operate a guardian-consent process, so accounts and play data from users under 14 are not permitted.

If you learn that someone under 14 has used the service with their data recorded, write to legal@favefight.com and we will delete it.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, that infringes the rights of others, or that is used to attack or abuse the service.

Content you post

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, resize, display and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Fave Fight. This licence exists so that we can show your bracket to the people who play it, and it ends when the content is deleted, except for anonymous win-loss statistics as described in our Privacy Policy.

What you may not post

Do not post content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; sexual content involving minors; content that harasses, threatens or degrades a private individual; content that is unlawful where it is published; or content designed to attack the service or its users.

Sexual, violent or otherwise adult content may be flagged. Flagged brackets stay playable but carry no advertising, and we may unpublish them entirely.

Moderation and removal

We may hide, unpublish or delete any bracket, and may remove any candidate within a bracket, when it breaks these terms or when we are legally required to do so. We do not review content before it is published.

Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated. See our Copyright Policy for how infringement claims are handled.

Advertising

Fave Fight shows advertising supplied by third parties, including Google. Advertising is never placed inside the choice itself, and brackets flagged as adult content carry no advertising at all.

Advertising partners may set their own cookies. Our Privacy Policy explains this and links to the controls Google provides.

Deleting your brackets

You can delete any bracket you created. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: the bracket stops being reachable, uploaded images are removed from storage, and candidate names and notes are cleared.

Anonymous win-loss records are kept. They contain no names, images or account information — only counts of which numbered option beat which. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.

The service is provided as it is

Fave Fight is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that content posted by other users is accurate or lawful, or that data you submit will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, Madoros is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use Fave Fight after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you a different forum.

Separately, and regardless of governing law, we operate the notice-and-takedown process described in our Copyright Policy.
