Mega Evolution arrived in Pokémon TCG Pocket with the Mega Rising expansion, and it changed what a big hit in the game looks like.

A Mega ex is worth more points when it is knocked out than an ordinary ex, so every one of these cards is a bet. You build around it, you protect it, and if it goes down early the match usually goes with it. That trade is why some of these became deck centerpieces almost overnight while others mostly live in binders, admired for the art.

This bracket covers every distinct Mega ex released so far: the main expansions from Mega Rising through Ruler of the Skies, plus the promo cards handed out through drop events. Each card is shown in its first standard printing.

Judge them however you like. Power, art, the Pokémon itself, or the one that won you the most ranked matches all count.
