Every option here costs you one of the two things nobody ever has enough of, and the bracket does not let you keep both.

This is the least whimsical list on the site and the closest to a decision people are actually making. A four-day week for twenty percent less money is a real offer that real employers make. Retiring at forty on a modest income against being wealthy at seventy is the same trade stretched across a life. No commute in a small home versus a long commute to a big one is a choice a lot of people made recently and are still living with. None of these are hypothetical in the way the other would-you-rather brackets are.

What you get is thirty-two trades, written plainly, with the cost of each stated rather than hidden in the framing.

People tend to vote for time and then hesitate, which is the honest response. The bracket is a reasonable way to find out whether the thing you say about work-life balance survives being made specific and put next to a number.
